  • Is there a trial, or evaluation, period for the devices I am purchasing?

  • If I purchase hardware through the web site will my devices be auto provisioned to Dialpad upon delivery?

    YES. Network-Value will publish the MAC IDs of your devices to Dialpad and Dialpad will auto insert them into their provisioning server. Upon your delivery of your devices, they will default to the Dialpad URL and you will be prompted to insert the activation codes you are provided by Dialpad.

  • When purchasing from the web site will device payment be billed to my existing Dialpad account?

    NO, you will receive an invoice from Network-Value and payment needs to be made to Network-Value directly

  • Will my hardware ship in advance of payment or does it need to be prepaid?

    Purchases made on the web site will be expected to be pre-paid, before your order is shipped. However, in the case you are a recurring customer and we have already established ourselves as a vendor with your company, we can then ship hardware without pre-payment.
